I demonstrated my video, interviewing, and editing skills when I was tasked with telling the story of someone who had a connection with Westminster University. I had to problem solve and adapt as I had trouble finding a good candidate.
Once a participant was secured, I met them in a quiet, well-lit room where I had set up a professional camera on a tripod for optimal shooting conditions. I then edited the video using Adobe Premiere Pro.
I took out a lot of the fluff and left in the main idea to make the story feel more coherent and relatable. This helped me to accomplish my goal of telling a compelling and interesting story. The video and story were even featured on The Forum website and print copy.
